CLS Holdings plc, with its subsidiaries, invests in, develops, and manages commercial properties in the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. It operates in two segments—Investment Properties and Other Investments—and also pursues hotel and other corporate investments. Formerly Hadmarn Limited, it was renamed CLS Holdings plc in June 1992. Founded in 1987 and based in London, it is a subsidiary of The Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family and Charity Trust.
