China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. is a gold and base metals mining company active in China and Canada. It owns 96.5% of the Chang Shan Hao gold mine in Inner Mongolia and 100% of the Jiama copper–gold polymetallic mine in Tibet, which also contains molybdenum, silver, lead, and zinc. The company also engages in logistics, investment holding, and bond issuance activities, and was founded in 2000 with headquarters in Vancouver.
