Carlisle Companies Incorporated is a U.S. and international manufacturer and supplier of building envelope products. It operates through two segments: Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) and Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT). CCM provides single-ply roofing membranes and systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, polyiso insulation, metal roofing/walls) for commercial and residential projects. CWT offers waterproofing, air/vapor barriers, sealants, coatings, spray polyurethane foam, insulation, and related products for thermal protection and industrial uses. Products are sold under Carlisle SynTec, Versico, WeatherBond, Hunter Panels, Resitrix, and Hertalan brands. Founded 1917; headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
