Captor Therapeutics Spółka Akcyjna is a biopharmaceutical company that develops protein degradation drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Its Targeted Protein Degradation platform aims to remove proteins resistant to other therapies. Lead programs CT-03 completed Phase 1 trials for non-small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, and certain blood cancers; CT-01 completed Phase 1 for hepatocellular carcinoma by degrading an oncofetal transcription factor. Founded 2015, based in Wroclaw, Poland.
