CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) is SGX’s largest REIT. As of 31 December 2025, its market cap was about US$14.2 billion (S$18.2 billion). It started as CapitaLand Mall Trust in 2002 and was renamed after the 2020 merger with CapitaLand Commercial Trust. CICT owns income-producing commercial assets mainly in Singapore: 20 properties there, 2 in Frankfurt, 3 in Sydney, valued at S$27.0 billion (US$21.0 billion). Managed by CICTML, a subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited. Established 29 October 2001.
