BWP Trust is an ASX-listed real estate investment trust established in 1998, investing in and managing commercial properties across Australia. In 2025 it internalised management from BWP Management Limited, previously wholly owned by Wesfarmers. Unitholders approved the move to a new entity, BWP Property Group, forming a stapled group. The Responsible Entity now operates under an AFSL as a subsidiary of BWP Property Group. Fees are quarterly and based on gross assets. Most properties are large-format retail, notably Bunnings Warehouses leased to Bunnings Group Limited, a Wesfarmers subsidiary. Wesfarmers held 22.3% of BWP units at 30 June 2025.
