Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. serves customers in China with three segments: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Financial Market Business. It offers deposits, various loans, discounted bills, and settlement services; notes, bonds, and government bond activities; bank cards, letters of credit, guarantees, and safe deposit boxes; cash management deposits, custody, leasing, wealth management, funds, and securities services. It also handles foreign exchange, derivatives, interbank lending, insurance agency, and precious metals. The bank operates via in-bank and self-service channels and began as Qingdao City Commercial Bank, renamed in 2008.
