Bally’s Corporation is a global entertainment company with 19 casinos across 11 U.S. states plus one in Newcastle, U.K., a New York golf course, and a Colorado horse racetrack. It operates Bally Bet, a sports betting and iGaming platform licensed in 13 North American jurisdictions, and holds a majority stake in Bally’s Intralot S.A. Bally’s casino assets include about 17,700 slots, 630 tables, and 3,950 hotel rooms. It also owns development rights in Las Vegas, a Bronx casino license, and a Chicago resort project, with ~10,800 employees. Incorporated in Delaware in 2004.
