Axactor ASA, through its subsidiaries, is a debt management and collection company operating in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway and Spain. It has two segments: Non-performing Loans, which buys and manages non-performing loan portfolios via amicable or legal channels; and Third-Party Collection, which collects for clients using amicable and legal methods, assists with legal documentation, and handles invoicing between issue and default. Founded in 1982, it is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
