Arcellx, Inc., with its subsidiary, develops immunotherapies for cancer and other serious diseases in the United States. Its lead ddCAR candidate, anitocabtagene autoleucel, is in Phase 2 trials for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. ACLX-001 targets BCMA in Phase 1 for rrMM; ACLX-002 targets CD123 in Phase 1 for AML/MDS; ACLX-004 is preclinical for AML/MDS. The company pursues solid tumor programs and has a Kite Pharma alliance to co-develop and co‑commercialize nito-cel and next‑gen CAR-T products.
