Africa Israel Residences Ltd develops and sells residential units under the Savyonim brand in Israel. It handles initiation, planning, development, construction and marketing of housing projects, as well as establishing, managing and maintaining rental developments and related services. The company also builds and operates commercial properties for rental. Incorporated in 1960, it is based in Or Yehuda and is a subsidiary of Africa Israel Trade and Agencies Ltd.
