Westwater Resources Receives $25M EXIM Loan for Kellyton Graphite Plant

Westwater Resources said the U.S. Export-Import Bank approved a $25 million direct loan to support development of its Kellyton Graphite Plant in Coosa County. The funding is intended to help the company begin commercial production in 2027, including Phase I output of about 12,500 metric tons of coated spherical purified graphite annually. Westwater is also advancing its nearby Coosa Graphite Deposit as a long-term feed source.
