Power Finance Corporation, through PFC Consulting Limited, completed the transfer of its wholly owned subsidiary Krishnagiri REZ Transmission Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India on August 3, 2026, for ₹19.82 crore cash consideration. The deal strengthens Power Grid’s southern transmission footprint and enables rollout of a REZ infrastructure project while supporting PFC’s asset-light monetization strategy and cash generation.
