After a magnitude-7.5 earthquake struck western Colombia, Zoomlion activated its emergency response and coordinated through its Colombia subsidiary with local authorities in Pereira and Cali, two of the hardest-hit cities. The company mobilized personnel and supplies to the San José del Palmar area and dispatched nearly 10 core rescue machines, including excavators and skid steer loaders, which are now supporting debris clearance, road restoration and search-and-rescue amid damaged roads and aftershocks.
