Zee Learn’s special resolution to dispose of its 100% equity stake in Liberium Global Resources passed with 97.26% support through remote e-voting ending August 29, 2026. Promoters voted fully in favor, while public institutions holding about 6.7% of capital voted unanimously against. The company plans to sell the stake to Creantum Security Solutions for ₹20 lakh; Liberium previously reported ₹10,490 lakh revenue and a net loss of ₹809 lakh.
