Yes Bank and Capital Stack signed an MoU to explore expanding institutional funding. Participation will be evaluated under the bank’s internal credit, risk, regulatory and commercial policies, covering Direct Assignment, co-lending and term lending. The collaboration aims to broaden financing across vehicle finance, affordable housing, gold loans, LAP, MSME, consumer, microfinance and supply chain finance, improving funding access for institutions and enterprises.
