Yelp integrated OpenAI’s GPT-Live-1 voice model into Yelp Host for restaurants and Hatch, an AI communications platform for service businesses. GPT-Live-1 supports natural, full-duplex conversations, detects caller tone, responds in multiple languages, and handles interruptions.
