Yang Ming charters five new ships for long-term container services

YM Triumph and YM Truth lead a five-ship series chartered from Costamare for long-term service with Yang Ming, including a 10-year charter for YM Triumph starting after delivery on 24 July. The 12,960TEU reefer-capable vessels are scrubber-ready and designed for up to 23 knots, with multiple auxiliary gensets for high electrical loads. Yang Ming also charters additional newbuilds and 2,800TEU ships, totaling 24 vessels in the quarter.
