Xponential Fitness Reports Q2 Loss, Cuts Full-Year Revenue Guidance
Xponential Fitness reported Q2 results for the quarter ended June 30 that fell short of expectations. Revenue dropped 13% year over year to $66 million and the company swung to a $4.8 million net loss. North America same-store sales fell 6.8%, equipment revenue fell 26%, and merchandise revenue declined sharply. Selling, general and administrative expenses rose 33% on higher legal costs, and the company cut full-year revenue guidance to $250 million–$260 million.
