XPO appointed Jonas Svedlund as chief legal officer, effective immediately, to lead the company’s legal and compliance functions, including corporate governance and commercial matters. XPO’s chairman and CEO said he is an accomplished executive. Svedlund previously served as deputy general counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific and held senior legal roles at General Electric.
