Xinuos plans to ask the full court to reconsider a case in which an appellate panel upheld a New York federal court ruling dismissing its copyright claim against IBM. Xinuos says IBM lacked full ownership, holding only a non-exclusive license, and that sharing code in Linux violated the license terms. Courts ruled the dispute turns on code ownership.
