Xerox reported unused ABL availability and recorded its tariff-receivable financing liability as of June 30, after selling rights to $105 million of tariff receivables for cash. Q2 2026 revenue was $1,922 million, with net income of $13 million and improved YTD net loss of $92 million. Operating cash flow was negative $107 million in H1 2026, alongside $68 million of restructuring costs.
