Wuhan Nio Energy Co., Ltd. lifted registered capital from 1.784 billion yuan to 7.484 billion yuan (about $265m to $1.11bn), up 319.5%, in a filing last Friday. The sole shareholder, Nio Energy Investment (Hubei), increased its subscribed contribution by 5.7 billion yuan.
