Wroclaw runs the fourth #ChargeTheFuture program in Poland from mid-July through September, selecting 32 participants for role-specific assignments and individualized learning plans across battery manufacturing and supporting functions. Training covers Power BI, communication, and the 8D problem-solving method, with emphasis on production, process engineering, data analysis, performance monitoring, and structured optimization.
