Workday reported fiscal Q2 2027 traction for its AI products, with agents accounting for more than 25% of new annual contract value and over 5,500 customers using at least one organic agent. Revenue rose 12.8% to $2.649 billion, while non-GAAP operating margin expanded 210 bps to 31.1%. Subscription backlog reached $27.403 billion as Workday extended Google Cloud access for Gemini Enterprise agents and authorized a further $4 billion buyback.
