Wolters Kluwer’s Legal Records Demand Index tracks US subpoena data and a new Financial & Corporate Compliance analysis finds subpoena-related legal record orders are at a seven-year high. Utah, New Jersey, Washington and North Carolina each show 150%+ increases. Financial and credit-card/banking requests rise 14% YTD, insurance records top demand, and medical and pharmacy records make up 21% of processed subpoenas.
