Wolters Kluwer repurchased 117,562 ordinary shares between August 27 and September 2, 2026, for €8.1 million at an average €69.21, continuing its 2026 buyback plan. Year to date, it has bought back 3,845,835 shares for €261.4 million, with a third party set to execute further €256 million through late December. Shares are held as treasury stock for capital reduction via cancellation.
