Wolfspeed shares fell about 12% to $25.74 after the silicon carbide chipmaker reported a fiscal Q4 2026 adjusted loss of $2.26 per share, far worse than analysts expected. Revenue was $149.6 million and non-GAAP gross margin stayed negative at 20%. Power Products and Materials revenue both declined, though AI data center demand rose 20% from the prior quarter.
