Wolfspeed AI Data Center Revenue More Than Doubles in Fiscal 2026
Wolfspeed said revenue from AI data center applications more than doubled in fiscal 2026 and rose about 20% sequentially in the fourth quarter, signaling a moderate but growing opportunity. The company’s overall results remained under heavy pressure, reporting about $150 million in Q4 revenue and a $145 million GAAP net loss. It also announced a strategic collaboration with LITEON. For Q1 fiscal 2027, revenue is guided to $140–$160 million with negative non-GAAP gross margin and fresh-start accounting limiting comparability.
