WISeKey International announced an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Swiss time in Zurich to vote on a proposed redomiciliation/merger to the British Virgin Islands. The board of directors of WISeKey and WISeKey BVI prepared a joint merger report, and the board unanimously recommends shareholders vote in favor.
