Wipro has renewed and expanded its Digital Workplace Services contract with ABB, extending end-to-end support for ABB’s global workforce. The engagement will use AI and automation for employee experience and workplace modernisation, including predictive management via Wipro’s AI Live Workspace, WINGS and SmartOps AIOps. Device telemetry and usage data will support device lifecycle management and endpoint security to deliver a more consistent workplace experience across markets.
