Wipro’s iSkill AI learning agent, built inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, personalizes course recommendations for associates using role, skills, and what they’ve already completed. Developed since December 2025 atop Wipro’s AI Academy, which supports 240,000 associates with 144 persona-based learning paths, it aims to replace fragmented search-based learning. From January 2025 to March 2026, 96% of AI Advanced+ courses were completed.
