WildBrain acquired Personality AI, a kid-safe generative AI company behind Hey Peppa Pig, an interactive voice experience on Amazon Fire Kids tablets. Personality AI’s conversational character AIs are intended for kid-focused products and carry PRIVO COPPA Safe Harbor certification. WildBrain will pay about US$11M in cash and shares for 100% ownership, with US$2M due after closing and up to US$56M in revenue-based earnout.
