Whitefield Industrials has announced an on-market buy-back to purchase up to 10% of its ordinary shares. The program will run from 19 August 2026 to 18 August 2027. With shares trading at $4.72 versus net asset backing of $6.11 per share as at 30 June 2026, the company says the buy-back will provide liquidity and accretion for shareholders.
