Stuart Hookins has been appointed Whitbread estates director, reporting to Mark Anderson and leading estates, facilities and energy teams across the UK and Ireland. He joins from Royal Mail Group and brings experience overseeing a property portfolio of more than 1,800 properties. Hookins will oversee the Premier Inn hotel portfolio of 845+ hotels and 86,000+ bedrooms, as Hobbs retires after nearly 20 years.
