Wetherspoon will open The Sir Frank Whittle, its new Heathrow airport pub, after a £3.5 million investment. The venue—its 10th airport pub in the UK and Spain—will operate 4am to 11pm seven days a week and be wheelchair accessible. Tom Blacktop, previously manager of The Beehive at Gatwick, will run the site, with further openings planned for Manchester and Barcelona.
