Wetherspoon (JD) PLC announces that director and other PDMR share awards granted under its unapproved Share Incentive Plan on 14 August 2026 have completed on 19 August 2026. Awards vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to continued employment, when participants may elect to receive shares net of tax and National Insurance or a cash value net of the same deductions.
