West Coast Paper Mills held its 71st AGM with 137 public shareholders attending via video conferencing and 46,929 shareholders recorded as of August 10, 2026. Remote e-voting ran from August 14 to 16, 2026. All eight resolutions were passed, including adoption of standalone and consolidated audited FY26 financial statements, declaration of a FY26 dividend, and re-appointment of Saurabh Bangur. Consolidated revenue from operations fell 16% quarter-on-quarter to ₹1,051.26 crore.
