The retaliation portion of Steven McClatchey’s worker case against Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC was paused while the parties pursued arbitration for a defamation claim. The US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana confirmed an arbitration award in Wells Fargo’s favor, after which the parties stipulated to dismissal with prejudice. In a separate resolution, a Wells Fargo subsidiary and a Black former adviser agreed to resolve a retaliation claim tied to alleged racial discrimination.
