Picnic by the Black Parrot opened June 17 at 161 West 106th Street, and M. Studio has signed a lease at 155 West 66th Street. Wells Fargo opened a branch at 2829 Broadway on August 10 and plans to open another at 1960 Broadway on West 66th in October, positioning the expansion as a more modern, open, community-centric branch network.
