Wells Fargo is expanding its beauty offering by naming Anthony Giuliano a managing director and head of beauty and wellness in consumer and retail investment banking. He joins from Perella Weinberg, reporting to Vik Bhardwaj. Giuliano brings two decades of beauty and wellness deal experience, including advising Estée Lauder on its $2.8 billion Tom Ford acquisition and KKR on Wella’s $4.3 billion deal.
