Weave Communications to go private after $650M acquisition by Francisco Partners
Weave Communications said it will exit the public markets, delisting from the NYSE and trading under the WEAV ticker until the transaction closes. The healthcare software company agreed to be acquired for $650 million in an all-cash deal by Francisco Partners, which it said will support investment in its AI platform. In fiscal 2026 first-quarter results, revenue rose 17% to $65.5 million.
