Walmart’s Customer Privacy Notice and Visitor Privacy Notice describe broad biometric and surveillance data it says it may collect across physical stores and digital platforms. The retention schedule says biometric data is destroyed once the purpose is fulfilled, within three years of a last interaction, or as required by law. The notices list voiceprints as a biometric category but say it does not use voice data for biometric analysis.
