Walmart is awarding a $250,000 grant through the Walmart Foundation to the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce to support local workforce development. The funding will help workers build tech and AI-related skills, connect to quality jobs, and advance careers as jobs evolve with new technology. It is the first Indianapolis-area grant focused on these efforts for Walmart’s store academies and workforce initiatives.
