To mark Walmart Academy’s 10-year anniversary, Walmart is awarding a $250,000 grant to the Center for the Future of Arizona to expand driving workforce development in the Greater Phoenix area. The effort will partner with state workforce agencies and local education and employer groups. Over the next five years, the company and its foundation aim to help workers move into higher-quality career opportunities.
