Vossloh AG’s wholly owned subsidiary completed its Cordel Group scheme, with scheme shareholders on Cordel’s register at 6.00pm on 12 August 2026 receiving 12.4 pence cash per Scheme Share. CREST transfers were disabled and certificates ceased to be valid. Cordel shares were suspended on AIM and admission cancellation became effective 14 August 2026; four non-executive directors resigned on 13 August, with no new management structure disclosed.
