Cabs and components from the former Kings Mountain operation are routed into Volvo Group’s production network in Virginia and Pennsylvania to arrive on time and in sequence. After Volvo acquired the site, it supported the supplier by building warehouse capacity—adding electricity, forklifts, and racking—so parts could be received, organized, and moved to keep production on schedule.
