Volta Infra Holdings raised $300 million in venture funding and secured an additional $5 billion in financing to help technology firms access costly AI chips. The startup also won a $10 billion cloud computing contract for a leading AI developer. Volta, founded earlier this year by two former Brookfield executives, targets easier chip payments for labs and startups, supported by power for near-term data centers.
