Vodafone Idea Records Highest Monthly Net Subscriber Gains in Over a Year

TRAI data show Vodafone Idea added 2.44 lakh mobile subscribers in July, its best monthly net addition in more than a year, after losing 57.50 lakh between July 2025 and January 2026. Losses slowed in January and reversed in February with 21,927 additions. ARPU rose to Rs195 in Q1 FY27 from Rs177. The company also filed that AGR dues will require minimum Rs100 crore annually from FY2031-32 to FY2034-35, with the rest in instalments, after an earlier Rs18,000 crore due by March 2026.
