Vodafone Idea said it will repay nearly ₹49,000 crore in spectrum dues over three years, with ₹7,000 crore in FY27, ₹15,000 crore in FY28 and ₹27,000 crore in FY29. Promoters from the Aditya Birla Group plan injected ₹1,182 crore via warrants. The company also cited Kumar Mangalam Birla’s return as non-executive chairman and must secure ₹35,000 crore bank funding and fund a ₹45,000 crore network upgrade, relying on tariff hikes to generate cash.
